Web Spinner® iDS search page

When you write a document and register it on Web Spinner® iDS, you record properties that enable you to keep it up-to-date:

  • Record the document’s owner and sponsor, along with future review dates. The system can then prompt you when reviews are due.
  • Record the organisational roles of the people whose accountabilities are spelt out in the document. Employees can then access their accountabilities in a succinct and unambiguous form.
  • Use the system’s history to confirm what policies or standards were in force at a past date.
